Hear O Israel, the Lord is Our God. The Lord is One." Moses and Jesus, the prophet like unto Moses, taught the Shema to be first of all the commandments.

Jesus said the second greatest commandment is to Love your neighbor as yourself.

On these two commands hang all the law and the prophets.

Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ. My name is Lori and what I have to offer is spirutal guidance and practical help.

Shema Birth is based on the 1st and 2nd greatest commandments and is an idea as ancient as creation itself. Shema Birth is rooted in the sound doctrine of the apostles that instructs us to serve one another in love. Shema Birth exists for that purpose.

The concept of Shema Birth was born out of my own experiences as a veteran homebirthing, freebirthing, mother of nine and now, a God fearing grandmother.

My desire is to assist you in coming into the kind of spiritual alignment in childbearing that will aid you in keeping the remainder of your whole life intact. As a follower of messiah, I extend to you mother to mother fellowship as a pilgrim traveler who has walked with God and experienced God walking with me, not just through the often perilous season and terrain of childbearing, but through other vital decisions our family was faced with, decisions that without God would have altered the course of our lives and eternities.

I want to see other women obey the Gospel and experience being born of water and spirit in a real and meaningful, life changing way and possess and carry this treasure in earthen vessels with them through every birth of every child God gives them and for the rest of their lives on earth into eternity.

If you crave, safe space for women, a place to pray, care and share the unity of the spirit in the bond of peace, if you desire to glean an aged woman's wisdom and love, if you have or are at least working on having a humble, teachable spirit, that is what you can expect in return.
